What information/documents do I need to provide for a bill review?

To initiate a bill review, you will need to provide copies of your medical bills. Additional documents, including EOBs and any other documents/communication with the healthcare provider are also helpful.

What types of medical bills do you handle?

We handle a wide range of medical bills, including hospital bills, professional or physician bills, ground/air ambulance bills and other healthcare-related expenses. We do not review bills from most optional elective medical procedures or cosmetic procedures. How long does the medical bill negotiation process take?

We strive to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. That said, you can expect anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months for simpler cases; with more complicated situations taking anywhere from 1 - 6+ months. The duration varies with a number of factors, including: the complexity of the case, the responsiveness of healthcare providers and insurance, and how difficult negotiations are.

What if you cannot find any savings on my medical bill?

How does unbill protect my personal data?

We treat all medical and personal information obtained during the provision of services as confidential. We will never disclose such information to third parties and will never sell your data. All customer information is stored using AES-256 encryption (the same used in banking).

How much can unbill save me?
